APPLE OATMEL COOKIES

第一次做cookie，过程中因参与制作不便拍照，只拍了烘焙前及出炉后的图片，附上配料制作单，感兴趣的话就试试看吧～

APPLE OATMEL COOKIES
1/2 cup( about 120g) Butter
1cup(about 240g) Brown Sugar
2 each Eggs
1/2 cup Oatmeal ( uncooked)
2 teaspoons(about 30g) Baking Soda
1/2teaspoon(about 7.5g) Cinnamon
3/4 cup(about 180g) Wheat Germ
1cup Apples( peeled and finely chopped)

Directions:
1. Cream butter, Add suger and eggs.
2.Mix together dry ingredients and then combine with creamed mixture.
3.Add apples.
4.Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
5.Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
